This Cookie Policy explains how S.H.G. for Tourism Development, trading as Soluna Hotels, uses cookies and similar technologies on soluna-hotels.com. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them more secure, and to remember information about your session. Some cookies are strictly necessary; others are optional.

2. Our approach

We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the site. Soluna itself sets only strictly necessary cookies — we do not run our own analytics, advertising, or tracking, and we do not sell your data or build marketing profiles from your visit.

The one exception is the embedded map on our Contact page, which is served by Google Maps and may set Google’s own cookies (see section 4 below).

If we ever introduce further optional cookies (for example, anonymous analytics) we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting them.

Some features rely on third parties that may set their own cookies under their own policies when you choose to use them:

Our booking platform (bookings.soluna-hotels.com) — if you proceed to make a reservation, that platform may set its own cookies. Please review its own policy.
Our payment provider — if you choose to pay online, our payment provider may set its own cookies to process your payment securely. Please review its own policy.
WhatsApp — if you contact us via the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp’s own privacy and cookie policies apply.
Google Maps — our Contact page shows an embedded map from Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. Please review Google’s cookie policy for details. If you open the map on a larger view or use it to get directions, Google’s own terms apply.

We do not control these third-party cookies. Please refer to the relevant provider’s policies for details.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings — for example, to block cookies or remove those already stored. Each browser is different; look under “Settings,” “Privacy,” or “Cookies.” Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the website — such as the contact form — to stop working.

6. Do Not Track

Because we do not use tracking or advertising cookies, there is nothing for a “Do Not Track” browser signal to disable. Your visit is not profiled for marketing.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, if we later introduce optional cookies. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
